It can be a brainwashing attempt, but on the other hand they are more likely to hide in std-educations such as national-economy or state government.
This relatively new education at least dare to mention and study non-mainstream political systems and what new movements are growing, the others regard all except representative democracy centered systems only as interesting utopia, or populsim.

Of course not. I just suggest that the students are aware of the politrucs pressure on their professors and that they should report it in public. When there is a pressure on them to reach a certain conclusion that goes against logic or when a professor says that some facts can be left out or etc.

An ex-friend did a really poor report and left out vital facts to point in the established political direction that was set by the professor. She did not investigate those of the program that did drop out from it hence a very positive conclusion about the project, just as the politicians like it.

She was awarded with work in a department. That is what I call propaganda in disguise.... obedient civil servant.

Do not be surprised if this education is just such a brainwashing attempt!

As all education it can be either good or bad depending on who is the polititian employing what professor and what books he chooses for the students etc. There is no such thing as objectivity unless you are truly an enlightened one, a Buddha.
